These terms govern your use of this website and, unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise, the provision of services by Quantiva System Technology (“Quantiva”). By using this website or engaging our services you accept these terms.
Quantiva provides software development, mobile application development, web and e-commerce development, AI and workflow automation, SaaS platform development, system integration, cloud infrastructure, maintenance, white-label technology and technology consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each engagement are set out in a written proposal, quotation or service agreement.
Information on this website is provided for general information only. Solution examples, module lists and architecture illustrations are indicative and do not constitute a commitment to deliver a particular feature set. Final specifications depend on project requirements.
Requests that alter agreed scope, architecture or timeline are handled as change requests and may affect fees and delivery dates. Change requests are documented and require approval before implementation.
Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed rights to project-specific deliverables as defined in the relevant agreement. Quantiva retains ownership of its pre-existing frameworks, libraries, tooling, reusable components and know-how, and grants the client a licence to use these as embedded in the delivered solution. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.
Each party will keep the other party's non-public business, technical and commercial information confidential and use it only for the purpose of the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
Hosting, maintenance and support are provided under recurring arrangements with defined inclusions and response expectations. Lapsed or unpaid recurring services may result in suspension of hosting, monitoring or support until payment is settled.
Solutions may rely on third-party platforms such as payment gateways, cloud providers, messaging services and AI providers. Their availability, pricing and policies are outside our control, and their terms apply to your use of those services.
We perform services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, services are provided without further warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Quantiva is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue or loss of data, and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the preceding twelve months.
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the relevant agreement. On termination, the client remains responsible for fees for work performed and costs committed up to the termination date. Quantiva may suspend services for material breach, including non-payment.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
